By creating an account, submitting a service request, placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Account responsibility

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and use the portal only for lawful purposes and for records/documents you are authorized to use.

Service assistance

Digital/government-related listings are assistance or facilitation services unless expressly identified otherwise. Approval, issuance, processing time and final outcome are controlled by the relevant authority/provider and cannot be guaranteed by MGPVTLTD ALL IN ON.

Do not submit forged, altered, stolen or third-party identity documents without lawful authorization. The portal must not be used to create documents that falsely appear to be officially issued.

Payments

Online payments may be processed by a connected third-party payment/acquiring provider. A request/order is treated as paid only after server-side payment confirmation. Failed, pending or reversed payments are not treated as completed.

Wallet

The portal wallet is an internal accounting balance for supported portal transactions. It is not represented as a bank account or independently regulated stored-value instrument.

Availability

Services may be changed, suspended or disabled where required for maintenance, provider availability, compliance or fraud prevention.
